Application Support Analyst - Investment Bank (initial 6 month contract)
A Global Investment Bank is currently seeking an Application Support Analyst to help support their Transaction Banking/ Payment Processing systems.
This person will own and manage incidents through to resolution, conducting the initial root cause analysis, following incident resolution of the problem management process.
Other key tasks will include System Maintenance, System Administration, Problem Management, as well as conducting System Performance reviews.
Preferably experience of supporting Transaction Banking / Payment Processing systems but must come from a Financial Services background.
Administration of one or more of IIS, Sharepoint, Oracle, SQL Server, IBM Websphere MQ and IBM Websphere Application Server.
Previous experience of supporting Windows O/S
Experience of supporting and maintaining scripts.
