FX Trade Floor Support Analyst - Investment Bank

A Bank in the City of London is currently seeking an FX Trade Floor Support Analyst to join their EMEA Technology teamk

The Trade Floor Support Analyst will provide stable and reliable IT service delivery function by contributing to the design, maintaining and supporting the Trading Applications and infrastructure to ensure the business have the tools to trade effectively. Key duties will include Investigating, diagnosing and resolving incidents and problems within service level agreement tolerances, liaising with other Technology/ Front Office Engineering as well as working on projects as necessary.

Functional / Technical Competencies:

• In depth Market data and Trading system knowledge across FX (ie EIKON, Dealhub, etc)
• Previous Trade Floor Level 2 Support experience across F/O FX
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and connectivity (including networks)
