A leading Financial Service Company is currently seeking an Application Support Team Lead to join their EMEA Technology team. This team specifically provides technical support for the clearing applications across the organisation.
Specifically, the team provides technical support in a project based structure to ensure the successful delivery of application solutions. The job also consists of prioritizing and progressing resolution of faults or queries on the full range of applications across all clients, suggesting methods to build and implement measurable improvements to the services, undertaking day to day work with Production Incidents and the implementation of change by performing a QA after any work.
This person will also lead a team of 3, so any experience of performing typical leadership duties would be beneficial.
The company have offices in Central London, but operate a hybrid working model with two days in the office a week.
