Test Automation Engneer (Fully Remote) - Financial Services

Job Description

A leading Financial Services Company is currently seeking a Test Automation Engineer to join its Technology Team.

The Test Engineer will help evolve the Automation Strategy and tooling, sharing techniques and advocating best practice through technical workshops and collaboration. In this role this person will redevelop existing Automation Test Solution, achieving autonomous Regression Testing via the CI/CD Pipeline.

The Test Engineer is also facilitate the integration of software deliveries from a 3rd party and align the Automation suite to ensure Test Coverage Targets meet the required levels for each release across the IT Estate. The position also involves collaboration with the Product Owner and Scrum Master whilst being a hands-on tester within the team.

Requirements;

• An experienced Test Engineer (with manual and/or automation experience) who can work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team in an evolving technical environment.
• Ideally experience building automation frameworks from scratch, along with experience with Selenium and Specflow/Cucumber.
• A good level of experience automating would be also beneficial, as would experience with another C#/Java based framework.
• A passion for problem solving and applying and sharing your breadth of experience to make improvements to existing practices and processes
